MIT xPRO’s Senior Executive Program for Technology Leaders is a 26 weeks learning journey that delivers a solid grounding in the core principles of leading technology initiatives for current and aspiring technology leaders, senior executives, and founders. As a participant, you will develop skills for strategic tech leadership and to foster value creation and resilience, cultivating the abilities needed to build and lead effective teams that drive successful, innovation-led transformations. The program culminates with a focus on designing and building AI products and services—exploring how to integrate AI into business systems and advance digital transformation.

The Senior Executive Program for Technology Leaders is a flexible learning journey designed to equip you with the technical expertise and leadership acumen required to lead a technology company toward sustainable growth and innovation. The curriculum is divided into three core modules, followed by a fixed program. You will learn through a mix of live online sessions, video lectures, try-it activities, and case studies.
