The MIT xPRO Tech CEO Program prepares senior executives, founders, and technology leaders to navigate innovation, shape enterprise strategy, and lead effectively in an era of rapid technological change. Over seven to eight months, participants develop strategic vision, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build fluency in emerging technologies to drive growth, foster resilience, and create sustainable competitive advantage.
In today’s technology-driven economy, leaders must anticipate the impact of innovation on business models, markets, and organizational culture. This program equips executives, entrepreneurs, and technology decision-makers with the frameworks to lead digital transformation, align technology strategy with enterprise priorities, and drive sustainable growth. Through engagement with MIT faculty and peers across industries, participants gain practical insights that strengthen leadership effectiveness.
Note: Contents of this program on AI and related topics assume previous knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability. Basic Python experience will also be beneficial.

The Tech CEO Program is a flexible learning journey designed to equip you with the technical expertise and leadership acumen required to lead a technology company toward sustainable growth and innovation. The curriculum is divided into three core modules, followed by a fixed program. You will learn through a mix of live online sessions, video lectures, try-it activities, and case studies.
