The framework offers three different angles from which to view an organization: the strategic design lens, the political lens, and the cultural lens. It can help leaders better understand the resistance they encounter to organizational change.

It is a mathematical model in operations management and applied economics that can be used to determine optimal inventory levels, lead times, and capacity.

These provide an overview of models and algorithms that can be implemented in manufacturing settings to support process optimization, predictive maintenance, quality control, and more. They can be aligned with key opportunities for ML/AI implementation in manufacturing.

The OODA loop is a decision-making process cycle of observing, orienting, deciding, and acting. In this program, this model is applied specifically to the task of assessing technology investments.
