The framework offers three different angles from which to view an organization: the strategic design lens, the political lens, and the cultural lens. It can help leaders better understand the resistance they encounter to organizational change.
It is a mathematical model in operations management and applied economics that can be used to determine optimal inventory levels, lead times, and capacity.
